I have had a sore tailbone for months and finally decided to seek relief. I selected this product, and this company, based on previous reviews. There was another product with a different company that seemed very similar...however, I passed on it because the reviewer said it was a hassle to return anything and he was not treated with respect.
This company mistakenly sent me the wrong item. I contacted their customer service department and left a message. They called back within the hour, profusely apologized for the error, told me to keep the "mistake" and they would ship the correct item out immediately...I received it 48 hours later. Good customer service trumps everything else in my book.
On to the product. This is very comfortable and I felt immediate relief. Once I use it a bit longer, I hope my sore tailbone will completely resolve, but that's to be seen. This is made of very plush material and is not too high. It works on hard and soft surfaces alike. I think this might do the trick...even if it doesn't solve my problem completely, it's extremely comfortable and that is bound to make a difference.
