The package arrived on time. My complaint is that it came with a 'dud' battery so I couldn't try it out. I also found that it uses a 4A battery. This is not a common battery easily found at your local supermarket, especially if you don't live in the States. In other words, un-usable for the time being.Customer Review: Pick is too big!

I do not like this product because the pick is to large to fit between the spaces of my teeth and I wear braces which make it even more difficult. Also the vibration is too strong for my teeth. I would not purchase this product again.Customer Review: Denek sonic pick

Don't waste your money on this. It worked for only a couple days and quit. When it did work, it was not efficient at all.
