Works just like it says. It's flavored with peppermint but I'm not crazy about the taste. But my teeth are white and no plaque build up. I thought it was a very good product. I gave it four stars because I remember the old Arm & Hammer powder tooth past that I thought worked better. But this is a good substitute.
