I can't bias the rating because I'm stupid. At night when I'm sleeping, I take this out of my mouth and start grinding away again. But I must say.. for those of you who wont take it out while you're sleeping, it is a great fit. My boyfriend trimmed it up a bit for me and it fits great!Customer Review: Good Mouth Guard!

Needed a mouth guard due to grinding of teeth. My TMJ muscles where out of place, face was in extreme pain. This mouth guard helped during the healing process. Still wear it every night. Would purchase again, can't beat the price compared to what you have to pay elsewhere.

I have a small mouth and the first mouthguard I ordered was way too big. this mouthguard is very soft when you take it out of the hot water. It conforms to the shape of your teeth and does not slip out or feel like it is going to block your airway.
