Although other reviewers say the flavor is crappy, I'm a fan. I mix it (chocolate flavor) with about 8 oz of milk, or make a fruit smoothie out of it. Either way it's a great shake to finish a work out with.Customer Review: covered in dirt and slow shipping

Great value for money (more product for less $$$), it does whatever it is supposed to do... BUT the taste? Forget it! If this is the "new improved better" taste, I am sure I couldn't even swallow the original one.
I already had better tasting and better composed products, but I must admit, I had to pay more for them

It's a good protien. I like the taste. I havent found with it though the miracle I was looking for as writen on the package, but it has a good taste and it is protein that is easy to mix. Cant say anything bad about it. It is adequate.
