This case works perfectly for carrying Byetta pens and pen supplies. If you happen to be using both an insulin pen and a Byetta pen you can place both in the case and keep them both nice and cool. New guidelines allow Byetta to be stored after opening up to 77 degrees, but often I am not sure where I will be all day and in what conditions, so this case ensures my Byetta does not exceed it maximum temp. As to the commentator mentioning meters and lancets, I can fit my very small meter and lancet in the front compartment, but normally choose to keep them in the case that came with them. So I use the front pouch to keep a stock of pen needles and to store used pen needles until I can deposit them in my sharps container at home.

The unit organizes all of your required diabetic supplies, including your meter, in a variety of pockets and storage compartments which are neatly insulated to avoid condensation contamination. The attached hand strap and belt loop make transportation seemingly effortless. The organizer can also easily fit into a medium sized purse.
