When Penaten didn't work, I tried this and have been using it ever since. It does the job and does it fast. I'll definitely be buying more when mine runs out (that's another thing-you don't need to use much for it to be effective). Whoever came up with this formulation is a genius. : )

this stuff is great - it's especially good with the fuzzi bunz and doesn't coat it and make it less absorbable (is that a word?) it's a little pricey, but definitely worth it. it lasts quite a long time.Customer Review: Love it

We tried Bert's Bee diaper cream which also works well and smells good but the zinc oxide messes up the fuzzi buns or any other kind of pocket diaper. A little goes a long way.Customer Review: The best product on the market for diaper rash
