This product has done a wonderful job with my IBS. I have the constipation, cramping type of IBS and since I have been taking this product, I have not had one episode. I still have gas but use Total Probiatics from Nutri-West to calm them down. I found out about this product from an IBS blog site and decided to try it. My doctor's recommendations, God love him, didn't work so I've been left to deal with my IBS for myself. This has worked wonders with me. I take one pill a day and that's good for me. I have experienced IBS for over 10 years now. I have been on prescription sedatives at night in the past to control the symptoms only to find stress brought the IBS back. I adjusted my diet to exclude the foods I knew set off IBS and started using this product. I have used this for 1 year now with excellent results. No more sedatives and I still adjust my diet, but the symptoms are almost conpletely gone. I still have some days where it flares, but on average they are only 2-3 per month. Ever since a bout with Cipro (a powerful antibiotic that probably killed off all my good bacteria along with the bad) 8 months ago, I have had problems with bloating, terrible gas, cramps, frequent bowel movements. I had tried other remedies and probiotics with little succcess. I decide to try this. The label said expect an effect in 7 days. After 2 days the gas, bloating and cramps were gone. I ate a tomato without feeling like I was going to blow up the next day. I can't say enough good things about this stuff.Customer Review: Great Stuff

I have been taking this product for a little over a year and have been 95% symptom free. After a trip to the emergency room, numerous trips to my doctor, and several perscriptions, I did a internet search and found Digestive Advantage for IBS. I would not normally endorse any type of supplement, but this stuff really works for me.It even allows me to go back to drinking coffee, (in moderation), something I had to give up before.I would urge anyone who's been diagnosed with IBS, to please give this a try.Customer Review: Digestive Advantage review

The product works great. It seems to stabilize bowel function pretty well. The process of buying thru Amazon did not work quite as well. I received two packages with very short expriation dates and when I exchanged the second package for one with a longer shelf life, I received a new pkg. from the same lot with the same expiration date. I called Amazon customer service and was told to just wait until the expriation date had passed before ordering again. I have not yet tried ordering again.
