I have the subscribe and save method of receiving this item and it was great until they switched from tablets to capsules. They don't work! I now have 6 boxes of this stuff. I doln't understand why they changed something that wasn't even broken. GRRRRRRRRR Going to have to try and find the tablets somewhereCustomer Review: Didn't help me!

I eat foods high in fiber which makes a lot of gas,i have been taking 2 pills a day still no result so i had to return it.Total garb!
