I was looking for a less expensive way of buying the probe covers. My wife was reverting to using plastic wrap (which doesn't work very well). I checked around for probe covers, but was worried if they would fit. These covers fit our BD Digital Thermometer perfectly. Our older digial thermometer starts tapering earlier (narrow part is shorter) so the tip of the cover does not reach the end (I don' think this is a problem). The narrow part of the BD thermometer is about 1.25", while the older thermometer is about .75" long. Each cover has its own cover which has an opening to slide the thermometer in an then peal the outer cover off. I bought 5 boxes to share with in-laws.
