I bought this tea at the suggestion of a friend of mine. Make sure that you have a large difuser or tea bags if you are making it by the pot as 1-tbsp of loose tea swells up to at least 5 times that amount. You can diffuse it multiple times also. The tea has a light honey flavor to it so you may not even have to use a sweetening agent. I use none in mine. I also compared prices and this was the best price for the same product that I found. My friend bought hers at a kiosk in the mall for twice the price! As for its weight loss properties as touted by Oprah and others. I cannot testify to a great weight loss, but I can tell you that it has satisfied when I wanted to eat something that I didn't really need. I will definitely order this again.
