Customer Review: Inexpensive alternative to a custom fitted nightguard from the dentist.

I have been using this product for a few years. My dentist showed me the wear on my teeth and recommended I use a nightguard. It has without a doubt saved my teeth. In addition, it has improved the quality of my sleep and I no longer feel the pain associated with teeth grinding when I wake up.
Fitting is fairly straight forward and just takes about 10 minutes. After softening the nightguard in boiling water for 50 seconds, you place the nightguard in your mouth and let it form to your teeth. I rinse it before and after use. Each one lasts me about 3 months.
I have tried cheaper store brands but they have all been very disappointing. The material feels cheaper, thinner. They don't last very long because I bite through the plastic within one month. The fit also doesn't hold as well.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone that grinds their teeth - don't waste your time with the cheaper store brands.
