I've been using this product for years. I have interstitial cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) and when I get a flare or a UTI this product is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I've had UTI's that would not go away with antibiotics but mannomax always worked. I highly recommend it.Customer Review: BEST UTI prevention!

This stuff is great! No UTI's since I started using it. It can help you get rid of one, especially if you catch it early. And it's the best for preventing them. Just mix a spoonful into a little water and drink it down (after s*x - every time and you should be good).
