Having bought so many chap sticks, lip glosses, vaseline things in the past I was a little hesitant to buy this. It does a good job and has smoothed my lips. At intervals during the winter my lips get very chapped. I even gave one to my husband. It is completely odorless and tasteless and goes on without making your lips shiny (otherwise my husband would never use it). Seems to do the job and is better than most other products I have used. It also stays on for quite a while without having to constantly reapply.Customer Review: Works better than chapstick for sure...

This definitely works better and longer than chapstick. Unfortunately, once the balm is fully absorbed, my lips are backed to chapped again. For example, I'll apply it at night and by morning the balm has worn off and my lips are dry and chapped again.
My lips are by nature ALWAYS chapped so this has definitely put a dent in the length of time my lips stay moist and supple. For the average person, I'm sure it would work exceptionally better.

When I started using Acutane, my lips became severely dry and chapped, and regular lip balms failed to work. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Dan's. I tried it and discovered that it actually works. Amazon.com has it for a terrific price.Customer Review: Shipping

I bought this product for a relative so I can't rate the product. The price was okay. However, I did have a lttle problem with the shipping. I needed the lip balm pretty quick and there was no way to get it delivered by anything other than regular ground shipping. Once I put in my order it took over a day for the company to ship the product and then another 5 days to have it delivered. When I first saw that it had not yet been shipped I sent an email asking if they could speed it up and their response was that if I was'nt satisfied then I could cancel my order. Not the best customer service.
