I have to admit, I was hesitant to purchase this cool-mist humidifier after reading the reviews. We primarily chose this product because it matches our Pooh-themed nursery. My husband and I crossed our fingers the first night that we tried it and to our surprise it worked perfectly. Two weeks later, it's still working great.
We quickly solved the dripping problem when refilling the tank, by not removing Pooh's head and honey collar when removing the tank. We just carry the entire piece (except for the base) to the kitchen to refill. Problem solved.
We also tried out the auto-shut off feature by purposely letting the humidifier run on a low tank. As stated by the instructions, the humidifier shut off and a red light came on indicating that more water was needed.
An additional benefit is that it is whisper quiet, yet it delivers an impressive amount of steam.
All in all, this is a fantastic product.
