I never really thought I had problems in this area but I started using this product after having walking pnemonia.
I started using this and then other toxic out product by dr natura. My terrible sinus pain is gone too.
I had no energy, my skin had some breakouts that were over 7 years old, recurrent sinus pain and I got every illness that anyone had around me.
I could not drink milk because it caused sinus pain and tmj.
I had just gotten over walking pnemonia. So I tried it on a whim.
Some of the pimples that I have had for over 7 years are gone. My sinus and allergy problems are clearing up. My stomach is flatter. I have some energy.
It really makes sense when you think about it. You decrease the toxic load on your system when you are clearing all the junk out of your body in 24 hours.
So you have less allergies because you have less toxic stuff in your body.
The first few days I did feel some very light cramping when I went to the bathroom.
I really only makes me go once a day.
I am a 44 year old mom of two.
I have been using it twice a day. I take it at night too.
I think you will lose weight because it fills you up with fiber.
