WARNING: NOT for persons with diabetes or if you have an open cut on the foot. (From the tag on the AC power cord.) Do NOT stand up in it -- it will break from your weight! (From the manual.) Recommended session length: 10 min. Max time turned on for one session: 20 min (from the manual). That said, it works for me. I used the elbow test to select desired tap water temperature, poured it into the foot spa, and turned on the vibrator/heater. Ten min. later -- enough for me -- temperature seemed the same to my elbow. The spa is very noisy when the "bubble machine" function is turned on; sounds like a 1950s vacuum cleaner. I'll do without that feature. It holds five pints of water to the --MAX-- fill line; its design makes it v-e-r-y easy to lift and empty without fear of spill.Customer Review: Love this foot spa

This is a very nice foot spa for a very decent price. Both the massage and bubble features are great. The bubble feature isn't actually very loud, maybe about the loudness of a vacuum cleaner. But even then, it's not even quite as loud as that. I was able to watch television on a fairly low level with the spa on the bubble setting without a problem.
As it says on the package, this does not heat cold water. It will keep hot water hot for about 20-25 minutes. I found that 20 minutes is more than enough time. It leaves my feet very happy.
Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store.

I liked how the system kept the water warm,and the fact that I can have a massage and get bubbles at the same time,that was also a plus,others can usually only do one or the other,I didn't have to give up on one. I would recommend this to anyone thats interested. I'm also a Cosmetologist,if that helps them make a decision. And the attachements go on and off easily. Bought another brand of foot massager at a well known chain store and it had alot of features that was built in the bottom of foot massager that made it very uncomfortable, and when you removed those features the grips for them was raised higher than the rest of the foot placement and would scrape the bottom of your feet so that brand was not a comfort for achey feet. I bought Dr. Scholl's because my father had one when I was younger, and true to form dr. scholl's was the most comfortable foot massager out on the market.Customer Review: works great for a low price

this unit works well, and is very low priced compared to much of the competition...
I have used it now 8 or 9 times over the last three weeks and I am pleased with the purchase.
I use a small amount of Johnson Foot Soap, like maybe 1/8 of a packet as too much will foam over the edges when the bubbling action in the foot soaker is turned on. The skin on feet is now soft and pliable and they feel much better. I highly recommend this product.
