I used these to replace the worn out, glued in, falling apart, unpadded insole in my work boots. What a difference! It's like a whole new boot and my feet don't hurt any more after yard work or standing on them for hours during a project.
They're cut to fit - use the existing insole as a template, and even cut them about 1/16th larger to make sure they fill in the whole shoe so you don't have some odd gap at the edge. Much nicer than funky squishy gel pads, and they breathe a lot better too.
My only gripe is that they're wearing through at the heel, but I suppose if they were covered by an existing insole that wouldn't happen, so I can't knock them for it.
