I'm a 5'8 male who wears 7.5-8 men's shoes. I bought these women's size ones because I thought the men's would be too big, and they fit well. I didn't have to cut anything, just placed them in my shoes.
I started my new job as a nurse, and was on my feet for the most of 12 hours. Heels were hurting really bad. I did my own research, looked at reviews, and came upon this. It works great, my heels have very minimal pain now, if any. Only thing for me is, the right one keeps sliding forward up the shoe and I have to readjust it from time to time. The left one stays in place.
