I was already off to a bad start when I bought the wrong size shoes thinking I was still whatever size, but these soles hardly made a difference in how much pain I was being relieved of while wearing them. I bought these to cushion the ball of my foot when playing golf. They provide exactly the soft feel I need, but the cheap double-sided adhesive tape does not keep the cushion in place. I gave up and discarded them.
