Customer Review: They Don't Work For Standing

These are okay if you're going to do some walking for maybe 2 hours, but if you have a job where you have to stand for hours--forget it. They feel really nice when you first put them on and for maybe 2 hours, as I said. But I tried these in two types of shoes and got the same painful result beyond that 2-hr period. Both types of shoes are billed as "comfort" name brands, too.
I have also seen a lot of people complaining about these slipping. That really has not been my experience. One pair of shoes I tried them in is at least 1/2 a size too large for me--did not slip in those. The other pair is more of a "just right" fit, and they don't slip in those. I wear about a men's 10-10.5, for reference. No, my problem has totally been that my feet still hurt after several hours with these on and then for several more hours after I get to sit down, along with my back, legs and sometimes my head. I guess you could say "what do you expect for $6," but these didn't cost $6 where I got them...they were a little more than twice as much in Walgreens for just one pair.

These say "fits size 8-12" but they don't. They are about a size 9. They are not trim-to-fit so they slide down to your toes, forcing you to step on the edges of the heel.
