Granted, I've only used these for one day so far, but I am genuinely shocked at how much better the shoes I'm wearing feel after adding these insoles.
I've only recently started being a grown-up and wearing heels to work on a regular basis, but I usually end up in pain from both a) not enough shock absorption on the ball of the foot and b) lack of arch support (no arch support is ever good enough for the shape of my feet).
Overall I'm just surprised at how much this seems to help with both. It just makes the shoe more comfortable - I told some girlfriends that it made a $30 shoe feel more like an $80 shoe.
