WILL NEVER USE AMAZON AGAIN! NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. FOUND EXACT ITEM AT WALMART FOR HALF THE PRICE AND HASSEL FREE. THE ITEM IS GREAT AND WORKS AMAZINGLY BUT HAD NO IDEA I WOULD BE TREATED WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT TO MENTION WAS CALLED TWICE AND ASKED FOR MY PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT FOR A REFUND.(WHICH I NEVER GAVE OUT!) I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED NOR BEEN GIVEN CREDIT. AMAZON IS A RIP OFF WHEN YOU CAN PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM AT THE LOCAL WALMAT FOR HALF THE PRICE!!
