Make sure you are already pretty regular before taking this formula. Take formula number 1 first for that. I wish this was more affordable; I'd take it every day. I have Leaky Gut Syndrome and Celiac Disease and needed a good colon cleanse so I chose this since a friend of mine swears by his products. I was not disappointed! I had the best BM's of my life with this formula. I took the capsules so I can't comment on the taste of the powder. Taking 50 capsules a day was a challenge though. Yes, you will have THE smoothest time on the john; do not hesitate to try this formula. I loved this so much, I went out and bought some bentonite clay, psyllium husk powder, and some of the herbs in this formula and drink one or two a day with same results. I can't thank Dr Schulze enough for listing the ingredients of this formula!
