We used this product on our grand child after trying several others. I could not believe that it worked immediately.
I was looking for some other ointments for diaper rash on-line. I saw some reviews about Dr. Smith's ointment and ordered from Amazon and luckily it arrived the very next day. I was a research scientist and did not expect it to work any better than other ointments we used with a similar active ingredient. But it was like a miracle that we could see a great improvement with the very first application. It completely relieved our grand daughter's suffering overnight. It sounds like an exaggeration, but it is true. We were relieved to see our grand daughter running around the very next day. I am glad that we bought this ointment based on the previous reviews on this product. It is possible that the inactive ingredients could have also fecilitated the fast recovery?
