As someone with a corneal disease I was told by my doctor to get a shield that would cover my eyes while I slept at night to help keep me from rubbing my eyes at night. I looked every where for something that would not apply any pressure to the lid. I stumbled across this when I decided to look online.
The Escape Luxury Travel Sleep mask is a well made mask. The plush front is a nice touch if you are using it for relaxation and spa purposes.
The mask itself is rather large which surprised me when I opened it.The back of he mask has an adjustable strap in order to fit all different sizes. Like most masks they press against the eye lids creating pressure. This mask has contoured sockets. Though if you have long lashes they will catch since the padding is only about a fourth of an inch thick.
The mask keeps almost all the light out with help of a silken nose bridge that is soft but keeps the mask in place. Though it lets light in but that is not a problem for me since I wear this to bed. It is comfortable and affordable. I would recommend this mask to others for a great nights sleep, a refreshing nap or a nice relaxing day.
