This is a great item. I started with a simple eye mask and got this it had positive reviews. So I bought it and tried it out. Awesome. Love this eye mask. It blocks out a great deal of light and feels pretty comfortable around your head. Especially for some like me who is prone to headaches and I cannot wear certain things on my head. I use this mask to help me sleep.
It's soft and comfortable.
I got into this habit many years ago when I lived in an apartment which would brighten with the sunrise.It was almost like sleeping right outside ,too sunny for sleep.
Since then I've gone through many sleep masks.
I got this one at a reasonable price and I'm very attached to it.
I bring this with me when I'm not at home for a good night's sleep.

My husband likes to fall asleep with the television on at night and the light from the tv has always driven me crazy. I wanted a sleep mask that wouldn't cost too much and be comfortable. I didn't need or want a lot of bling or extras. This is perfect! I love, love, love it! It does a fantastic job of keeping the light out and it fits snugly enough that it doesn't fall off too easily. My boyfriend is a night owl and likes to stay on the computer throughout the wee hours of the night. It doesn't help when I'm trying to sleep and the computer is in the bedroom and the light is so bright!! This is comfortable to wear and blocks out all the light allowing me to quickly fall asleep. This is the best sleep mask I have ever found. I could not find it in the stores this year and was elated that Amazon had them! Some sleep masks are cutesy and fall right onto my neck. I can adjust and clean it with a wet cloth as well. I use it nightly, before the sun rises. It keeps the sun out and I can sleep. I recommend this sleep mask for anyone who cannot sleep well with the sun in the room.
