These sleep masks really help me sleep in the morning when the bright light shines in my bedroom so early. Very comfortable, attractive and well made. I use this mask when I am listening to binaural beat sounds through headphones and I need to block out the day light so that I may send my brain into a alpha/theta brain wave state. Bravo!
