This is the best eye mask I've found for my needs. It fits my face perfectly (I think this mask is best for women and children, due to its smaller properties). I have another mask from a different company, but it was too big for my face, so light can get in around the edges. I love the faint scent of lavender, which has calming properties but is not too strong. The strap is adjustable (velcro), so no problem getting a perfect fit. The Sleep Mask I received is very comfortable and it does block the light.
I have not noticed any sweet dreams from the Lavender and I dream a lot. All in all it does the job.

I was excited to see this because i bought one very similar last year at a gift shop. It was made by Burt's Bee's, but they discontinued making it and I was hoping to get a back-up one. The one I have is light weight and very soft on the inside. This one was rather heavy and scratchy on the inside. The lavender scent was somewhat chemical smelling, too. I sent it back.
