This is exactly what I was looking for. I have IBS and it is a life saver when I have an attack. This exact 'warm embrace' was used on my back during a message I had on a vacation at a high end spa. The spa also sold them but I didn't get one at the time because I was traveling and wanted to keep my suitcase light. The herbs inside give off a strong aroma, which I like a lot, when it's warmed up - very relaxing. Inside the velvet cover, the actual bag is sewn in to individual sections so the contents don't all go to one end or the other. The cover is high quality too. Oh, and it was less expensive (even with shipping to Canada) to order it online.
