This cane seat is quite lightweight & sturdy. It is an excellent value. It is great to have if one needs to sit down, because they cannot stand or walk too much. It is also good to use if you are prone to dizzy spells. The cane is not adjustable in height, because it is a cane seat. I am about 5'2". I am able to use the cane comfortably, nonetheless. The seat only supports 250 pounds. Keep this is mind if you are a stocky or a larger sized person.Customer Review: Outstanding product
