This product cleans ok, but it leaves the clothes stiff and hard. Even with fabric softener; but its much worse without it. I didn't like this product that much. I'm not going to throw it out, and I decided not to return it. This will be my fall-back for when I run out of detergent, I'll use the Dropps until I can get to the store to buy more of what I really want to use. I don't plan to buy any more Dropps.
