Customer Review: Bad Design.

I purchased this drier from my local audiologist. I've had problems from the beginning with it. You have to make sure the lightbulb is sitting exactly right or the unit won't turn on. I returned the first two I had while still under warranty but now I'm looking at replacing this pricey unit with my own money. It also uses bricks which are expensive. This is supposed to be the best hearing aid drier on the market but I think it has a faulty design. I'm looking for something more reliable!Customer Review: Too fancy
