The Duracell Value Pre Charged Rechargeable NiMH AA Batteries are OK, but frankly I don't see any discernable difference between them and others of the same variety, except the fact they arrive charged--unless they were on a shelf somewhere for a couple of months before delivery. I didn't take a chance and charged them before I used them anyhow. I suppose that was not necessary, but I had no idea how fresh the batteries were.
The batteries have performed well for me in a digital camera so far. I would recommend them and the charger that is included, but without saying they are superior to other high end brands.

The packaging says Pre-Charged, and the instructions proclaim, "Pre-Charged and ready to use, straight out of pack". But when I installed them into my digital camera, the display read "battery exhausted". I put the batteries back into the Value Charger, plugged it in and saw the lights go red. I'll have to wait until the batteries charge before I can give a fair assesment, but for now, this product looses 1 star for false advertising.Customer Review: Charging 2100 mah batteries

Included batteries are 2000 mah. I have other set of four VARTA batteries which are 2100 mah and this charger has trouble charging all four of them together. After about 12 hours of charging these VARTAs, the LED indicators were still flashing red (which means trickle charge). Charging only two VARTAs at a time is okay - LED turns green.Customer Review: got it and works

this product works like it should and came fast. works great fro AA and AAA batterys and that is a nice feature i didnt know about when i got it. only reason i ordered it on amazon is cause it had free shipping. it was about the same price at the store but i never remember to get one when im there.

Works as expected, great value deal; I use the batteries to power my flash during a wedding shooting I have not need to use the spare set of batteries I bought as a back up.
I shot around approx. 200 pictures with flash out of 480. Great batteries.
