I had a back support belt like this many years ago for a back injury & was happy to find one available when needed again now. Product helps a lot for lower back strain & is not uncomfortable. I like it best worn over a light T shirt.Customer Review: back brace

difficult to get adjusted to your waist size, once sized appropriately, it provides adequate support to keep you upright. Velcro difficult to get right each time.
