My friend lent me one of these toilet seats when i hurt my leg,i also am over weight so it did not take me long to figure out i could not live without one,i bought hers then evenyually (like 3 years)that one wore out underneath so i quickly searched for a new one,i was very happy to find another blue one to match my bathroom.They can get messy but a babywipe cleans it up nicely.My Husband likes it to so it can just be left in place.this makes it so much easier to get up and down and it can be removed easily for a good washing in the tub if need be.
