I liked the idea of this item, but my issues were:
The handle should be adjustable for taller people.
The wheels should pivot; it's not easy trying to get the loaded cart up metal stairs.
The back panel should be higher so that when you tilt the cart, your items won't fall out.
It seems sturdy enough, that hasn't been a problem.
