I have taken padma basic for a couple years, since I saw it featured in a film about Chinese medicine. I used to have such cold feet in the winter that even several pairs of socks and fur lined slippers did not help at all. Since I've been taking padma basic, my feet are always toasty. Also, occasionally I have stopped for a while when I run out of pills. When I start taking them again, I consistently notice that my skin is much smoother than before. This puzzled me and I read about it online and learned that smooth skin is a sign of good circulation. I really believe in this product. Hope this helps!
