This product arrived quickly and without all the packing material some reviewers mentioned. I was unhappy to find the inside of the box wet in one corner and one of my bottles also, indicating a leak. None of the bottles looked like they were missing any product so I felt them to find the culprit. I found it and immediately discovered I love the smell of this soap! I wiped the bottle down and observed it for 24 hours... it was not leaky after all, some of the soap must have somehow escaped via the cap. I remembered the product description saying this soap contains fabric softener so I experimented drying clothes washed in this soap without a dryer cloth, and it works! No static! (If you check typical dryer cloth boxes they actually say harmful to clothing! Ecofriendly ones are very expensive. Now I don't need them!) The soap suds fine and washes well. I have no complaints and plan to continue using it. I am trying to slowly but surely go more "green" and ecofriendly. This product does not disappoint! I HIGHLY recommend.
