Customer Review: Works Better Then Any Other Brand I've Used Before

This is a simple review for those of you who are still hesitant about buying "earth friendly" laundry soap. Here are the top reasons why i use it. Oh and Ive tried all the scents, Magnolia and Lily are my top choice.
1. SAVES YOU MONEY!!!! you use half of what you would normaly use with other detergents.
2. WORKS GREAT! I have two large dogs that i take with me ony my walks/jogs and things can get quite messy. I wash their dog bed covers etc.... and my clothes that they manage to get their muddy paws on (gotta love dogs) and then i have the stinky gym clothes. I was skeptical at first about wether or not it would clean as well as my other soap, it works better!
3. ECO FRIENDLY! Im doing everything i can to be green and this is one of the easiest ways to do it. You always have to do laundry right??? just switch your detergent, easy as that. I liked mine right away and bought more of it immediately, but i had some bottles of the other stuff left. I donated them to a local animal shelter and the rest to a homeless shelter (great way to help out and not waste)
4. NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS....EVER!!! this was the biggest BONUS of all. I work at a zoo and vets office. I love animals and it pains me to know that products are tested on them in the most horrific ways. Im helping the animals and the environment at the same time.

When we bought a new high-efficiency washer, we had no idea of the price of the HE laundry detergent. Since our options were limited locally, I decided to see what Amazon had to offer. I found this detergent.
I really, really, really like this detergent. It has a light fragrance that isn't cloying or overpowering like some detergents have. That was important to me as I am allergic to many fragrances (I can't even use baby oil!). The laundry comes out with a faint, fresh smell that is perfect for us. The performance is everything I could wish for. I'd never used a natural laundry detergent before and I liked the idea... especially since we are on septic. But I was a bit concerned about performance. There was no need to worry at all. This cleans as well, if not better, than the Tide samples that came with the washer... without the heavy fragrance that was a bit overpowering.
One of the things that makes this an even better buy for us is that it is formulated for HE AND regular washers. This way I can share my purchases with my daughter, who has a regular washing machine.
I can't say enough good about this detergent. This purchase was a "Subscribe and Save" and I am definitely going to keep it coming! Gee, what more could one ask? A great natural laundry detergent with a really great price delivered to our door. That's a win-win-win situation for us.

When COSTCO in MA and other states stopped carrying ECOS, I nearly died! I had become hooked on its cleaning properties as well as its environmentally responsible formulation. (My friend who's traveled a lot in Mexico said the smell reminded her of the fresh clean clothes on air-drying lines there!) I searched for it in every store I could think would carry it, and did not locate one bottle. I left messages at my local COSTCO locations, both in their suggestion box and in person with management. They said they were phasing out the product! Soon after I realized Kirkland brands of COSTCO had made a competing product, and that's clearly why they stopped carrying such an awesome product like ECOS. BTW, their product, while "okay", doesn't compare at all to ECOS -- nice try, but you failed. I only bought one bottle of Kirkland's product and that will be it. I was desperate to have my lily-magnolia scented soap again --- so, I went to the internet, where I found ECOS at an unbelievable price on Amazon. I've told all my friends about it, and they like me, are now happily using Amazon as their go-to for products like laundry soap. I've tried them all: 7th Gen, Mrs. Meyers, you name it I've tried it and this is THE BEST ONE!!! I do NOT have ANY of the issues I had with any of the other brands mentioned, like static, MAJOR fading, crunchy clothes, wrinkles galore, but NO MORE!!! A little bit of this stuff goes a long way (which takes some getting used to at first!) so we can make this big jug last 2-3 months, and we do a lot of laundry. I have not had any issues some of the bad reviews mentioned like a mildewy smell or weird consistency and I'm on my 3rd jug now. I kept my old Mrs. Meyers bottle and decant it into there so I don't have to pour form this HUGE jug every load. And the most important part- it smells FANTASTIC!!! I don't know if I'd call the smell "Magnolia" or "Lily" per se, does NOT smell floral to me at all, but it DOES smell like clean laundry should, if that makes sense... a crisp clean linen type smell. A lot of "natural" products smell a little too... Earthy. Not this one! With GREAT products like this, who needs chemical-laden cleaners anyway?!?!Customer Review: Ecos - Magnolia & Lily

I found this product at Costco originally; tried it, loved it, and went back to purchase it again and could not find it. Costco said they were never going to stock it again. Well I was hooked on it and bound and determined to find it elsewhere! I visited a few healthy living/green stores in our and found smaller bottles of the product. The price however was twice what we paid at Costco. I searched on line and found it through Amazon, and what a deal!! I am not writing an add for Amazon, but can tell you when I need more, Amazon is where I will buy it. I love the product! Towels especially smell so good; they used to have a little "odor" to them, like leaving a kitchen dish cloth around too long. And now they smell so fresh and clean. I have also noticed that my Whirlpool front loader also smells better too. When using Tide the washer always smelled a little like mildew, even with monthly cleaning... I'm hooked!
