This is a nice little something to buy as a gift. I actually bought it for myself. I only wish that instead of the Happy mama spray (which I haven't really found to be useful, although maybe as a anti-nausea in the early months it would be more helpful) I would have preferred the new mama bottom spray.Customer Review: A nice sample of the included products

A nice sample of these items. The tea is pretty tasty. The spritz smells of citrus and makes a nice air freshener too. The nipple stuff works well, and doesn't get sticky like lanolin does.
Though, if you're looking for something to heal cracked/bleeding nips, buy some Medela Soft Shells for Sore Nipples to wear and apply A+D Original Ointment, Diaper Rash and All-Purpose Skincare Formula 4 oz (113 g) liberally between nursings. You have to wipe off the A&D before nursing baby as it can be harmful if ingested. Other than time, this is the only thing that worked for me! It took three weeks of breastfeeding before it stopped hurting. Hang in there!
