My wife used this product while nursing our third child. She developed mastitis 4 times each within the first few months with the previous two babies but baby #3 is now 3-1/2 months old and my wife has not had mastitis yet. Obviously, I can't attribute it to the tea alone but each time she felt a possible mastitis outbreak coming, she brewed this up, relaxed, and applied the remedy and we have been very lucky to date.
As other people have mentioned, we had problems getting the 3-pack. I received one initially, called Amazon and they sent another, then we called again and they sent a third one. Didn't cost us any more but a little annoying to have to request the fix twice. At least the customer support is pretty easy to use and they take care of it quickly.

not sure why people would want to use this. it seems like too much hassle and not effect for my issues. case of 3 is over kill. planning to give the extras as baby shower gifts.
