Customer Reviews of Earth Mama Angel Baby C-Section Healing KitCustomer Review: A Must Summary: 5 Stars
This Healing Kit helped me relax though my c-section and the months after.
The healing salve has made my stretch marks virtually invisible and assisted in the healing of my scar (took the horrible itching away). The happy mama spray smells great especially in the smelly hospital and the c-d put me right to sleep. One of the best gifts I received my whole pregnancy!
Customer Review: Good value. Summary: 5 Stars
This c-section healing kit is a great value considering the balm alone is about a $38 value. I really enjoyed pampering myself with these products after my c-section, I don't know if the balm made a difference yet, since I am still in the recovery period, but it seems to be helping. The CD, spray and tea are also quite nice!
Customer Review: Itty-Bitty for Fitty Summary: 2 Stars
Earth Mama Angel baby is a wonderful company and I love their products, but I feel like I got RIPPED-OFF. The kit is a bad deal. It's a little sample kit. The C-salve is a wonderful product; the problem is that you only receive an ounce! As well, you only get an ounce of the well being spray and only 4 tea bags. The guided healing meditation CD is nice but doesn't really add much to it. If you are buying this as a gift, it will probably be better that flowers for a c mom, but if you are buying it for yourself, skip it.
Go to a health food store and get red raspberry tea- either in bulk or in tea bags- it's essentially the same as their tea and much cheaper (red raspberry is what tones your uterus). As for the salve, I found a product that is exactly the same at Natural Resources in the Mission district of San Francisco. It was $7.95 (Earth Mama salve sells independently for $39.95 for 1 ounce). The main ingredients in the product that does the job for you scar tissue and stretch marks are: olive oil, sage oil and vitamin E.
Don't waste your money on this frivolous itty-bitty sample kit.
