I think this CD is awesome. I am a hard working mom who is just lucky enough to have a freezer and clean place to pump at work. I am an overanylitical person with ADHD. I love this cd because it helps calm me down when I am running around at work. It has 3 seperate visualization tracks that truly help you imagine that in a perfect world, you can be home with your beautiful precious baby and actually boosted my confidence a bit (i think most working mothers have issues with the confidence bit) about my milk making abilities. I would recommend making sure you actually do what the cd says, like looking around and taking in a deep breath. Listen to it with a headset if you have any problems getting distracted. I am a true supported of breastfeeding and it's been a tough road. A+ for this cd. And thank you for giving me back moments of calm with my baby in the middle of a "working, cleaning, normal being a mom" storm.
