I've been using these for quite a while now and I've seen a dramatic difference. I'm not one to read directions but I've discovered that if you use these, they work best laying down and having them on for about an hour - I kid you not, you'll see better and immediate results if you do it that way and look great! I'm completely sold on this product and am stocked for the next 3 months :)
