Since I have gotten more into acupressure and how it can literally turn around the course of your mood, I thought it would be good to explore self foot massage, focusing on chi points, while incorporating Earth Therapeutics' Reflexology Foot Massage into my routine. For starters, it smells amazing! It has great ingredients, like wild mint and Australian Tea Tree Oil. Since this is a greaseless formula, it glides on to your feet easily without leaving an oily residue on your hands. Plus, my feet feel so soft afterwards! Lovely.
