I was looking for an alternative to the regular detergents like cheer and tide after learning how these products were tested on animals and that many of these detergents contain animal fats and optical brightens. I tried a few other natural detergents but they all seem to leave the cloths scratchy and made them wear out easily. Ecover was the last product I tried and I loved it. I am so glad that I discover ecover because I could not live without it. It makes your clothes soft, bright, and clean. Now when I wear something that has been washed in Cheer I get a rash. I use every product Ecover makes and all of them work great. I rarely need to use the fabric softener but I am glad I have it.
