Efalex is a unique formulation that contains carefully selected fish oil rich in DHA and Efamol Pure Evening Primrose Oil, which are excellent sources of omega-3 and omega-6 nutrients. Essential fatty acids, like vitamins, cannot be made by the body and so must be included in the diet.
