I have osteoarthritis of the hip and am unable to do most strenuous exercise. The Egoscue Pain Free Workout emphasizes non-moving stretches that are held usually for 1 minute each. These stretches help with my freedom of movement. I am not able to do the ab crunches with legs in the air, but an alternative using the wall is given in the DVD. I enjoyed this very much this is a very pleasant & informative alternative to pain medication. I recommend this highly if you truly want an almost or no medication to relieve pain when it comes to your skeletal system. "If Its To Be Its Up To Me", thats my motto. I got tired of visiting the chiropractor and shelling out my money and my insurance companies money with little to no results.
