Light weight and used for post sinus surgery. It is true it cools after 15 to 20 minutes, so get two if you are having surgery or severe sinusitis. I have herb packs, and have used frozen peas, but this is quite nice as it is soft and light weight.Customer Review: Item works as advertised

I really had a bad sinus infection and needed relief. This product looked appealing since I own their "shoulder ice pack" and love it. The sinus mask fits confortably and conforms to your face nicely. It is puncture proof and easily adjustable. My only complaint is that it only last about 15 minutes. I feel this is due to the fact that it is not as "thick" as say their back or shoulder products. It makes bedtime and after work so much more relaxing. If you need a cheap form of relief from either headaches or sinus troubles by all means pick one up.

This product is not what i expected, it's actually kind of heavy on the eyes, didn't help at all with my sinuses. Didn't stay as cold as long as it said it did. It also didn't help with the swelling of the eyes after crying. That was my main concern, but nothing beats a wet rag.
